The "French goûter" was created by Chef Jessica Prealpato, named "World's Best Pastry Chef" in 2019 by Wordl's 50 Best and "Pastry Chef of the Year" by the Gault & Millau guide the same year. She invented the ideal "goûter" for the 100th anniversary of the San Régis. 

Ancient flours, unrefined sugars, plants, herbs and flowers with unknown notes characterize the Cheffe's approach to pastry-making. An ancestral vision of cuisine that values nature and its treasures with simplicity and common sense, without ever seeking to erase its rough edges. 

"Le goûter du San Régis" : from Wednesday to Saturday from 3:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Price per person: €65 - €85 accompanied by a glass of Champagne Laurent-Perrier cuvée Blanc de Blanc brut nature.
