General Terms and Conditions
No right of withdrawal: 
In accordance with article L 221-28 of the Frebch Consumer Code, the client has no right of withdrawal for accomodation and catering services

Security deposit to be provided by the customer: 
A valid credit card must be provided by the client to guarantee the reservation. Hotel San Régis reserves the right to pre-authorize payment on the card provided to validate its validity. 
Dispute settlemelment: 
In the event of a dispute between the hotel and a client, the two parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. 
In the absence of an amicable agreement, and in accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, customers may have recourse, free of charge, to the consumer mediator to which Hotel San Régis belongs, i.e. the Association of European Mediators (AME CONSO), within one year of the written complaint sent to establishment.
The consumer ombudsman may be contacted:

- or by written to AME CONSO, 197 Boulevard Saint Germain - 75007 Paris. 

Rates
Rates are determined by a management practice of fine-tuning prices. They may therefore depend on a number of parameters, such as: the reservation date, the date of stay, the time between these two dates, etc.
